How Agibank became a digital bank
AGI was going through a digital transformation process to become a digital bank, when Salesforce and XCL were chosen to drive this transformation.
The company needed a platform capable of supporting this expansion in a way that it did not affect their existing operation. To this end, it was necessary to partner up with a consultancy firm capable of speaking the financial services’ language and bringing best practices to the project, as XCL did.
The project was started by the most important process of Agi: contact with the customer. We implemented Salesforce Service Cloud focusing on inbound and outbound call center, a complete solution for contacting the customer and maintaining information, metrics and processes in a 360 view.
Para colher os resultados em longo prazo, foi integrado Sales e Marketing cloud, para tornar o processo de vendas otimizado e criar jornadas personalizadas a fim de reter e nutrir os clientes da base e captar novos clientes. Como resultado dessa aposta em novas tecnologias, o Agibank colhe os resultados dessa implementação até os dias atuais, sendo uma referência na integração de Marketing Cloud e Whatsapp.
