Sicredi started using Salesforce in 2017, in a small service and marketing operation for its digital bank.
Since 2018, XCL has supported Sicredi in adopting and expanding the use of the platform throughout its cooperative system.
To expand the use of Salesforce to its more than 1500 physical branches, in 2019 Sicredi began adopting the Financial Services Cloud vertical.
Today, in addition to remote operations, marketing, sales and customer service processes of all branches are integrated into the platform.
